Malika Sharipova – Founder, Director
Malika is a CSR and sustainability specialist holding two MSc degrees in Social Responsibility and Sustainability (Aston Business School, UK) and in Management (KEDGE Business School, France) with international experience. Striving to advocate sustainable and responsible practices among businesses in Central Asia and particularly in Uzbekistan, she has spent the last five years conducting research on Corporate Social Responsibility in Uzbekistan and Europe. In Uzbekistan she conducted thorough research on CSR, possesses vast expertise on environmental, social issues, has solid academic and teaching background. Malika has led the team of researchers and experts, which elaborated social and environmental aspects of the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan until 2035. As an ardent advocate of CSR and sustainability Malika publishes articles on a regular basis in order to raise awareness in Central Asia.
Bakhrom Radjabov – Consultant
Dr. Bakhrom Radjabov has a professional background in project management, communications and trainings. He worked at senior professional positions at OSCE/ODIHR Elections Observation Missions, at various UN agencies (UNDP, UNFPA) in Uzbekistan. While working for UNDP he led programmatic efforts in the areas of public outreach and promotion of social innovation in Uzbekistan. Dr. Radjabov has been trained in the area of social entrepreneurship and humanitarian innovations at Brown University, Brown International Advanced Research Institutes (BIARI), in innovative entrepreneurship from Israeli Agency for Development Cooperation (MASHAV). He has also received prestigious scholarships from German and Japanese governments, and participated in various international programs of U.S. State Department, Rumsfeld Foundation. Dr. Radjabov holds PhD in Social Sciences and MA in International Studies from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, and an MA in Global Political Economy from the University of Kassel in Germany. His PhD dissertation was dedicated to research of social innovations in local governments and communities in post-Soviet Ukraine, Armenia and Uzbekistan. Dr. Radjabov constantly publishes, research and policy papers, op-eds and analytical articles in local and international media outlets and academic journals.
Aziz Zikrioyev – Consultant
Aziz Zikrioyev holds bachelor's and master’s degree in the worldeconomy and international economic relations from Tashkent State University ofEconomics earned a degree in management at Bells College London. Aziz has alsoreceived training from Construction Skills Certification Scheme by the British Safety Council. Aziz has been teaching as a senior lecturer at theDepartment of World Economy at the Tashkent State Economic University since2017, has worked as a Health and Safety Supervisor in London for prestigious constructioncompanies such as Skanska, Bovis, Kier-Group, Coniston Construction, IbexInteriors, OD Projects. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student at the Tashkent Instituteof Architecture and Civil Engineering in Industrial Economics, and alsoconducts research in the field of human health and safety in the constructionindustry. At the same time, he has published more than 20 scientific articlesin the same field in several prestigious foreign journals, including 5 based onthe Scopus database.
Khusniddin Alikulov – Consultant
Khusniddin Alikulov is a leading energy and environmental analyst in Uzbekistan with more than 10s years of work experience in Uzbek energy sector. Up to date, he honed his skills and developed expertise in project management, units designing, strategic planning, energy efficiency, energy audit, and renewables by implementing several investment, community and outreach projects in Uzbekistan. He demonstrated good achievements in establishing environmental justice and developing cutting-edge approaches for increasing the share of the renewables in Uzbekistan. Regarding his education, he has been awarded several scholarships of Germany, Japan, the UK, the USA, Uzbekistan and other countries, and those awards gave him a chance to graduate bachelor’s course with honors from Tashkent State Technical University in industrial thermal power engineering, master’s degree course from Hiroshima University in developing solar hybrid systems adaptable for arid regions and international postgraduate diploma course from TU Dresden in environment management. In addition, he continuously developed his professional and academic skills through attending various fellowships (John Smith Trust, Community Solutions Program, UNEP/ UNESCO/ BMU, Cross Culture Program and etc.), conferences and summits in the field of his specialty.
